Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please inform our staff at least 48 hours in advance. A late arrival of up to 15 minutes is acceptable; however, any arrival beyond this grace period will be considered a cancellation. We adhere strictly to our schedule and time commitments, as our staff have other responsibilities to fulfill each day.
